Ordering & Availability
All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.
All order placed less than 7 days in advance are subject to a $20 rush fee.
Because each cake and dessert is custom-made, I accept a limited number of orders per week to ensure quality.
Booking is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and the required payment has been received.
Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order date.
Orders under $100: payment in full may be required
Custom cakes & large orders:
50% nonrefundable deposit required.
Final balances must be paid no later than 7 days before your event unless otherwise agreed upon.
I accept Cash app and Zelle for no extra fee. Venmo and PayPal may be subject to a 3% fee.
By completing payment, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes for completed orders will be contested.
Cancellations & Refunds
All retainers/deposits are non-refundable.
Orders canceled within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
If its before the 7 days, a refund will be issued minus the deposit. If any toppers or florals have been purchased for your order, those will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate based on availability.
I do understand things happen, so please reach out to me as soon as possible, in the event you need to cancel or reschedule.
Design & Custom Orders
Every cake is handmade and unique. While I will do my best to match inspiration photos, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
By placing an order, you trust my artistic style and creative interpretation.
Wild Vines Bakery reserves the right to photograph and use images of all products for marketing and promotional purposes.
I also ask that you send me any professional photos that are taken of my work, including the photographers information.
All items are handmade and may have slight variations in color, texture, and design. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Order changes
Any changes to an order must be requested at least 5 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. Changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges.
Pickup
Pickup times/location will be scheduled in advance.
Please arrive on time — I am often working on other orders.
Transport
Always pickup cake with 2 hands and keep it flat.
Transport cakes in a cool car.
Put them on the floor board or in the trunk if you have an suv.
Never transport cakes on the seat or someone's lap as they can tip or slide and get messed up.
Drive carefully as not to take sharp turns or slam on the brakes.
Keep out of direct sunlight and refrigerate as soon as you reach your destination.
*Once an order leaves my hands, I am not responsible for any damage caused during transport, improper storage, or handling.*
Late pickup
Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may be subject to additional fees.
Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be considered forfeited without refund.
Delivery
Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location and availability.
Typical fee is $1.50 per mile.
I am located in Greeneville, TN but I deliver up to 2 hours in any direction.
This includes Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Knoxville area, Johnson City area, Bristol VA, Asheville NC and everywhere in between.
Sunday Policy
Wild Vines Bakery is closed on Sundays so I can spend time with my family.
No pickups or deliveries.
No order fulfillment.
Messages will be responded to on the next business day.
Orders needed for Sunday events must be picked up on Saturday.
Food Safety & Storage
All products are produced in a Cottage bakery, meaning that i use my private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. I am insured and food safety certified.
Allergy disclaimer
*Products may contain common allergens including (but not limited to) milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, pistachio, sesame, coconut, and artificial dye or flavoring*
I am not an allergen free bakery. However I can accommodate certain allergy friendly options such as dairy free and gluten friendly. I also offer Dye free colors.
Please note that i do not have separate equipment for allergens. I can make something without the ingredients, but there is still a chance that there could be trace amounts on my mixing bowls or spatulas. While precautions are taken, cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
For best quality:
Keep cakes refrigerated and out of the sun at all times.
Store in the fridge and bring to room temperature 1-2 hours before serving.
NEVER leave cake in the sun, a warm vehicle, or outside for too long. Its made of butter and butter melts quickly. Cakes and desserts are sensitive to heat and environmental conditions.
Follow any storage instructions provided.
Cakes are best stored, covered, in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Communication
I do my best to respond to messages as quickly as possible during business hours, but sometimes things get lost or get busy towards the end of the week.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for a response, especially during busy seasons. Please feel free to reach out to me with anything you need and i will get back to you as soon as possible.
Right to Refuse Service
Wild Vines Bakery reserves the right to decline any order that does not align with our availability, values, or business policies.
